This course is designed for aspiring and practicing business analysts who want to systematically develop their skills in Agile software development environments. The program covers the full cycle of a business analyst's work — from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to process modeling, working with APIs, and understanding the analyst’s role in AI/ML-driven projects.

Special condition

Penalty sanctions of up to 50% of the funding amount under the Tech Orda program (up to 200,000 KZT) apply in case of breach of contract terms. Please note: the remaining course cost of 150,000 KZT must be paid by the grant recipient independently and is not included in the funding amount.

● Stakeholder Management – ability to identify and classify stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and build effective communication and collaboration throughout all project stages. ● Working with Requirements – mastering key stages of the requirements lifecycle in an Agile environment, including elicitation, analysis, formalization, prioritization, traceability, and change management. ● Requirements Formalization – ability to document requirements using formats like user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user story mapping, aligned with business goals and user expectations. ● Documentation in Agile – skills in creating and maintaining essential business analyst artifacts — from user flows to data models and integration specifications. ● Process and System Modeling – using BPMN, UML, and ERD notations to describe business processes, interaction scenarios, states, and data structures. ● Fundamentals of Data and API Work – ability to write basic SQL queries, interact with REST/SOAP APIs, and use tools for testing integrations. ● Participation in Integration Projects – ability to gather integration requirements, describe data exchange scenarios and system interactions, and document interfaces. ● Using AI Tools – introduction to the capabilities of artificial intelligence in business analysis tasks, including requirement generation and analysis, text processing, and AI-function design.
