The programs are built on the principle of 60% practice and 40% theory, include live classes, mini-projects and internships with partners. The courses are suitable for people without technical education who want to change their profession and enter the international labor market. The training is conducted by experts with experience in Kaspi, Magnum, Appboxo, Bashneft and other large companies. Students receive support in finding a job, a portfolio of projects and skills that meet market requirements. Selection for the courses takes place in several stages: a motivational questionnaire, an interview and a technical check.
