The Element group company has been operating on the market since 2017 in 2 directions, teaching children at the Element programming school and teaching adults more complex programs at the EXTRA online professions academy. We teach the most demanded professions that are in demand in the market of Kazakhstan. In our school, only practitioners and developers from the top Kazakhstani companies and universities teach. Also, we cooperate with akimats and other government agencies to train adults and children. Over 5 years of work, we have graduated more than 3,000 graduates, in 2022 we were participants in the TechOrda 2022 program, and successfully completed the project with a conversion rate of 47% in employment and an NPS of 9.4 out of 10 points.
