At the moment, the job preparation process in most companies is performed manually and is accompanied by a number of problems: large time costs for HR specialists; low job standardization; poor quality of descriptions; duplication of work; inefficient adaptation of vacancies to different platforms; low conversion of pageviews to responses; the complexity of forming requirements for technical specialists; lack of job performance analytics. The problem is particularly acute in the IT sector, where the speed of hiring and the quality of communication directly affect the ability to scale a business.

Expected effect

As a result of the implementation of the system, companies will be able to: reduce the time for creating vacancies to 80-90%; improve the quality of HR communication; increase the conversion rate of responses; speed up the hiring process; reduce the burden on the HR department; standardize the recruitment process; improve recruiting efficiency through AI analytics.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The project is an intelligent HR system that uses artificial intelligence technologies to automatically create vacancies, requirements for candidates, and adapt content to various placement platforms. The system allows HR specialists and managers to create professional vacancies based on a brief brief without the need for manual writing of texts. The AI module analyzes: position, field of activity, specialist level, technology stack, business requirements, labor market, and automatically generates: job description, responsibilities, requirements, employee grades, adapted versions of vacancies for various platforms. Additionally, the system analyzes the effectiveness of vacancies, conducts A/B testing and offers recommendations for improving the conversion rate of responses.
