Today, most teachers prepare for the NCT/OSP in the "general preparation" mode: tests are checked formally, without deep analysis of topics and competencies; teachers do not see a clear picture of their weaknesses, so they spend time on familiar topics and miss the really problematic ones.; there is no personal development plan — the teacher does not understand which skills and topics need to be improved, which courses to take and in what order; There is no realistic qualification test simulator that simulates a real stress scenario of NCT/OSP and provides detailed feedback.; administrators and methodologists do not have convenient tools for mass teacher-level analytics. As a result, teachers prepare less effectively, some of them do not pass the certification the first time, and the platform does not fully utilize the potential of the data it already collects. The development of an AI module for test analysis, generation of personalized roadmaps and simulation of a qualification test will allow: to make teacher training targeted and conscious, increase the proportion of successfully completed NCT /OSP, strengthen Mugalim Online's position as a technological leader in the field of teacher training.
The development of the AI module will make it possible to personalize teacher training, improve the quality of education and increase the level of successful completion of the NCT/OSP. The system automatically analyzes tests, identifies knowledge gaps, forms individual development trajectories, and provides an adaptive exam simulator. This will shorten the preparation time, increase the motivation of teachers and reduce the percentage of those who failed to pass the certification. For the company, the effect is expressed in: increasing the retention of users of the platform, improving the academic performance of teachers, strengthening the brand as a technological EdTech platform, increasing subscriptions and LTV clients, reducing the burden on methodologists and the verification department.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The goal of the project is to develop an intelligent module for the Mugalim Online platform, which automates the preparation of teachers for NCT/OSP and helps them build a personal professional growth trajectory. As part of the project, it is planned to create an AI system that will: Analyze the results of teachers' tests (NCT/OSP and internal Mugalim Online tests), taking into account topics, competencies and the level of complexity of the questions. Create a personalized professional development roadmap based on the strengths and weaknesses of the teacher: recommended courses, lessons, tests, practical tasks, deadlines and priorities. Provide an AI simulator of the qualification test: adaptive test sessions that are as close as possible to the real NCT/OSP; dynamic selection of questions based on the level of knowledge; detailed feedback and error analysis. Support the Russian and Kazakh languages so that teachers can study in a comfortable language environment. Integrate with the existing Mugalim Online platform (teacher's personal account, test database, lessons, statistics). The result will be a single AI module that not only tests knowledge, but also helps teachers see their progress, understand what needs to be improved, and purposefully prepare for certification.
