Problem description

In online learning and hybrid formats, teachers and administrators of educational platforms see only the final indicators: grades, percentage of completion of tasks, average activity time. At the same time, the real reasons for the decline are Academic performance - cognitive overload, ineffective task sequencing, errors in forming learning trajectories, and decreased engagement — remain hidden. Decisions are made intuitively, without relying on an objective analysis of student behavior and learning data.

Expected effect

The implementation of the AI module allows you to automatically identify bottlenecks in the learning process, predict the risk of students falling behind, and recommend adjustments to learning routes. The expected effect is to increase course completion by 20-35%, reducing the burden on teachers, increasing the personalization of training and objective quality management of educational content.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The module is designed for intelligent analysis of learning activity on platforms. The system automatically collects data on students' interaction with content (task solving, completion time, attempts, errors, transitions between topics) and uses machine learning methods to identify patterns of difficulties and cognitive overload. AI generates personalized recommendations for students and analytical reports for teachers, identifying problematic topics, ineffective assignments and violations of the logic of learning trajectories.
