Problem description

To develop an AI predictive analytics system that, based on the behavioral data of players (session frequency, game progress, purchase patterns, activity in battles), predicts the probability of outflow in the next 7-14 days. The system should integrate with the game backend, process data in real time, and form user segments to automatically trigger retention mechanics (push notifications, personal bonuses, and special events).

Expected effect

Reducing the churn rate by 15-25% due to early detection of users at high risk of withdrawal. Increase the LTV (lifetime value) of players through targeted retention campaigns. Optimize the cost of attracting new users by improving retention of the existing audience.

The company is developing an idle tycoon mobile game with tens of thousands of active users. The current analytics system records only the fact of a player's departure after the fact, which makes it impossible to respond in a timely manner to a decrease in engagement.
