Purpose and description of task (project)
Develop a system that automatically analyzes customer requests (emails, chats, reviews) and classifies them according to the type of request: technical support, suggestions for improvement, complaints, and general questions. The system should determine the tone of messages, generate a summary report for managers with recommendations on processing priorities, and integrate with existing CRM.

Access to real data can be provided in a test form. It is important that the system works correctly with a large amount of text data.
