The SMM department performs a lot of similar, routine tasks on a daily basis, such as creating and publishing posts, collecting and analyzing statistics, communicating with the audience and processing requests. The task is to create a system based on artificial intelligence with an agency approach. This means that different parts of the system (agents) will independently perform parts of the work: one will collect analytics, the other will generate ideas and texts for the brand's style, the third will publish content and track audience reactions. At the same time, the person will remain in control and adjust decisions, adding creativity.
From a technical point of view, we expect a program with the following characteristics: • Modular architecture with an agency approach, where each agent is responsible for a specific functionality: data collection and analysis, content generation, publication and monitoring. Facebook Instagram, VK, TikTok, Twitter, and others are integrated with the main social platforms through their API for automatic posting and statistics collection. • Using AI/neural network models to generate text, visual, and video content with the ability to customize tone and style to fit the brand. • Automatic audience analysis and segmentation based on behavior, interests, and engagement, with recommendations based on content and publication time. • A control panel for SMM specialists with the ability to edit and approve materials, monitor the work of agents, and run A/B tests. • Secure data storage and processing in compliance with GDPR and local privacy regulations. • Flexible settings for scaling and integration with CRM

Purpose and description of task (project)
Goal To increase the efficiency of the SMM department by automating routine and analytical processes using an agent-based approach in artificial intelligence, which allows autonomous and adaptive management of the creation, publication and analysis of content on social networks. Task description Use agent-based AI, consisting of several interconnected modules (agents), each of which is responsible for a separate stage of SMM: audience research and segmentation, generation of unique content based on the brand's "tone", automatic planning and publication of posts, as well as monitoring and analysis of engagement and feedback.
