Purpose and description of task (project)
Development and implementation of an automated accounting and control system for the issuance, return and maintenance of security devices issued to employees and contractors. The aim of the project is to increase the level of industrial safety, optimize accounting and maintenance processes, as well as reduce the risks associated with the use of faulty equipment.

The current security device accounting system is based on manual logging. This leads to inaccuracies, delays in obtaining information, and difficulties in locating devices and the person responsible for them, especially in emergency situations. Insufficient number of devices for all employees, especially in high-risk areas ("red zones"). It is difficult to track damage or misuse of devices. There is no integration with other security systems (badge access control system).
