Problem description

Control of the number of operations: The equipment on the machinery (cranes, reach stackers) monitors the condition of the spreader locks and sensors. The data is transferred to a server on the Internet/cloud. Reports: by date, car, time, number of operations; mailing by email/messengers. Container number recognition: Multilayer convolutional neural networks (trained on real datasets). 95% accuracy (optical range, without beacons). In 5% of cases, manual adjustments are made via the app or the dispatcher. It takes into account vibrations, viewing angles, and unstable communication. GNSS container positioning: Accuracy <15 cm for the equipment. Defines the coordinates of loading/unloading, the height in the stack. Stores the location data of all containers. It does not require markings or markers, regardless of the operator. Driver's application: Number adjustment, container search, receipt/confirmation of applications (when integrated with the customer's IP). Integration into existing apps is possible. Intelligent Machinist's Assistant (under development): Automatic detection of crane/reach stacker operation plans. Uses data about movements and planned shipments. Draws up a roadmap, displays tasks on a tablet, and corrects for errors. Optimizes routes with ML. Objectives: to reduce downtime, increase productivity, reduce costs, ensure safety, and minimize the human factor.

Records operations, identifies cargoes (ISO numbers), and tracks the movement of equipment and containers at the terminal in real time. Uses IoT technologies, AI, computer vision and GNSS positioning. Additionally: car surveillance systems, video surveillance, cargo search assistants.
