Общество не имеет право относить на вычеты расходы от поставщиков, применяющих упрощенный режим налогообложения. Для целей проверки режима контрагента на портале КГД реализован сервис «Сведения по контрагентам» (https://portal.kgd.gov.kz/ru/pages/info-services/find-information-for-ip-ul). Проверку на режим контрагента необходимо производить на дату отражения акта выполненных работ, услуг в связи с чем в каждом поступлении нужно указать – относить на вычеты или нет.
