The complexity of multimedia content analysis: The need for automatic processing of not only text mentions, but also visual/audio content. It requires logo recognition (Computer Vision), text extraction from images (OCR), and speech transcription (Speech-to-Text) to identify brand and product mentions. The need for deep analytics: The need to automatically detect the tone of messages (positive/negative), classify topics, and identify influencers using artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Competitive intelligence: The need for a comparative analysis of the Customer's brand with key competitors to assess the Share of Voice and market activity. Responsiveness: The need to receive notifications about critical events (spikes in negativity) and real-time analytical reports through convenient channels (web dashboard, Telegram bot).

Automating and improving the efficiency of data collection * Replacing manual monitoring with automated data collection from a wide range of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) and online media. * Ensuring that the system can process at least 1,000 mentions per day. * Automatic generation of daily summaries and reports, which reduces time for analytical routine. 2. Operational reputation and risk management * Receive notifications about critical events and negative outbursts in real time (via Telegram bot and dashboard), which allows you to quickly respond to reputational threats. * Real-time visualization of mentions for instant assessment of the situation. 3. The purpose of the project Development, customization, implementation and provision of access to a scalable SaaS platform based on artificial intelligence for comprehensive monitoring of social networks and mass media, analysis of message tonality. Task description The project includes the creation and maintenance of a system consisting of the following functional units and capabilities: Facebook Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, VK, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Threads) and online media (via RSS and HTML parsing). AI Analytics (AI Core): Using machine learning models for: * Natural Language Processing (NLP): Language detection, tonality (positive/negative/neutral), and topic classification. * Computer Vision (CV): Detection of logos and brand products in images and videos. * OCR and Transcription: Extract text from images and translate speech into text from audio/video content. Competitor analysis: Comparative analysis of mentions of the Customer's brand and competing brands, including analysis of the Share of Voice, tonality and activity of influencers. Visualization and reporting: Providing a web dashboard for real-time analytics, generating automatic daily summaries and text summaries with insights. Operational notifications: Integration with a Telegram bot to send alerts about critical events (spikes in activity or negativity) and regular reports. Implementation services: Platform adaptation to business requirements, setup, integration, team training and technical support according to SLA.
