Purpose and description of task (project)
Objective: To increase the operational efficiency and manageability of the company in conditions of rapid growth through visualization, standardization and automation of business processes. Description: The project includes the development of a web application for process mapping (with support for swimlane diagrams) and the implementation of the BPMN 2.0 execution engine. The main work covers documenting key operations, creating modeling tools and automating work flows. The implementation will provide management with real-time transparency of processes and create the foundation for digital transformation and business scaling.
