The company is regularly contacted by IT support for routine issues: • Forgot password • There is no access to the folder • How to send a document • The document did not arrive • How to connect , etc. These requests: • they take up time from specialists; • duplicated in mail, messengers, calls; • they are not always registered, it is impossible to keep statistics and SLA estimates.
