Purpose and description of task (project)
Create an MVP of a web service on RU /KZ for emotional relaxation and reasoned discussions with AI without "official abuse". The product includes the "Emotion" modes./Dispute/Analysis", automatic moderation and paraphrasing of prohibitions, admin panel, analytics and user data management according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Integration with LLM providers, RU/KZ localization and control of inference budgets are provided.
Software/ IS
Users lack a safe environment where they can "blow off steam" and argue in an adult way, but without toxicity and violations of the law. Existing chatbots are either too liberal to insults, or excessively censor any emotions. We need a service with transparent rules, soft auto-suggestion instead of rough blocking, support for RU/KZ and correct processing of personal data.
Reducing the toxicity of communication (↓ rule violations by ≥30% according to the test case). User satisfaction >4.3/5 on beta (>100 sessions). p95 the latency of the first token is less than 2 s; the availability of the prod service is ≥99.5%. Transparent data management: 100% successful export/deletion requests in tests. Managed cost: limits and alerts of the inference budget, cost/session reports.
