In modern conditions, there is insufficient coordination between potential benefactors, the state, public organizations and citizens in need of assistance. The platform should become a single digital space that unites all participants in the charitable process.
The platform will become a tool for the digital transformation of charity and targeted support in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with an emphasis on transparency, technology and effectiveness of assistance. The implementation of this concept will not only combine government, public and private efforts, but also increase trust in assistance processes, minimize fraud risks and provide accurate targeted support. Based on the platform, it is possible to develop new forms of social responsibility, digital analytics tools and impact assessment of the support provided.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The creation of a single digital platform for sponsors and patrons is aimed at solving urgent social problems through a technological, transparent and manageable mechanism for supporting citizens in difficult situations. The creation of the platform will make it possible to build an end-to-end, automated and secure channel of interaction between all stakeholders, eliminate duplication of initiatives and increase the effectiveness of the use of charitable funds. Special attention will be paid to the issues of transparency, targeting of assistance and evidence-based neediness.
