Purpose and description of task (project)
Launching and bringing to PMF a web service for generating legal documents for SMEs of the Republic of Kazakhstan: charter, employment contract, service/supply agreement, internal policies. The templates are checked by SOLIS lawyers, DOCX/PDF generation, watermarks for free, subscriptions and Kaspi payments.
Software/ IS
A small business spends 3-7 days and 50-300 thousand rubles on each document. Self-written templates give errors and penalties. We need a fast and reliable way to receive correct documents validated by practicing lawyers.

We are looking for a tech partner with experience in launching SaaS and payment integrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Technologies: Next.js/TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase (Postgres/Auth/Storage), Node/Express, docxtpl/Jinja2 for DOCX, PDF renderer, Kaspi/Halyk Pay, GA4/Hotjar. Positive: experience in LegalTech, Kaspi API, document generation from templates, CI/CD on Vercel/Render. The goal is 2-3 months: stable DOCX/PDF generation, billing, metrics, 100 first payers.
