Purpose and description of task (project)
The goal of the project is to create an AI assistant that: - Handles incoming requests from candidates and employers in Kazakh, Russian and English; - Quickly answers typical questions (for example: "How to submit a resume?", "When is the interview?", "Where is the office located?"); - Records requests to CRM and transmits them to recruiters; - Redirects to the operator if necessary; - Automatically sends interview invitations to candidates (indicating the time, format, link to the hangout and a confirmation button); - Stores notification templates and allows you to edit them; - Supports the possibility of additional training for the specifics of the business.
