Purpose and description of task (project)
The Jaldau information service (hereinafter referred to as the Jaldau IP) for the automation and digitalization of rental relations, including for the conclusion between the parties of an electronic lease agreement for a dwelling from a public housing stock or a dwelling leased by a local executive body in a private housing stock according to a standard form approved by By Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2023 No. 106. Access to the information service is provided to: - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on condition that they sign a User Agreement using an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan; - local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, districts and cities of regional significance on the basis of an application.
