Purpose and description of task (project)

The Housing Certificates information service is intended for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to receive housing certificates as social assistance in accordance with the procedure established by Order No. 187 of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2025. Access to the information service is provided: - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided that they sign a User Agreement using an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan; - local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, districts and cities of regional significance on the basis of an application.
