Purpose and description of task (project)
Development of an integrated solution for railway radio communications, which will reduce costs and eliminate equipment redundancy, providing support for all necessary frequency ranges.
Communication system
RAILWAY radio communication is currently based on several different frequency bands (GMV, MV, DMV) to ensure train safety, the support of which leads to complex and expensive equipment requirements for each band. Locomotives not equipped with equipment for all three ranges are not allowed on the railway tracks, which makes the integrated communication solution especially relevant to optimize costs and eliminate equipment redundancy.
An advanced communication system that includes a multi-standard console and software capable of supporting various communication protocols such as GMB, MV, DMB, TETRA, DMR and GSM. This solution should provide a high level of reliability and security, include encryption and data protection functions, and scale easily to meet the needs of various railway networks.
