Problem description

Automation requirements: 1. Integration with external systems o ERP/CRM companies o Transport Platforms (TC API) o Warehouse WMS 2. Data recognition and validation o Use OCR + NLP to automatically read documents of different formats and languages. o Identify discrepancies (for example, the item on the invoice does not match the order, or the route does not match the plan). 3. Smart document routing o Automatically send documents to the right person in charge (logistician, accountant, warehouse) depending on the type of error or status. o In case of critical inconsistencies, auto-escalation to the supervisor. 4. Forecasting and analytics o Identify error patterns from suppliers or transport companies based on EDI data. o Offer route and process optimization to reduce errors and delays. 5. Offline notifications and reports o Automatic generation of notifications for the client and internal departments when the delivery status changes or an error is detected. o Creation of summary reports on workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The company processes hundreds of shipments per day through several shipping companies and warehouses. Each document (invoice, bill of lading, bill of lading, quality certificate) must be checked for compliance with the following requirements: • the correctness of the details (order number, supplier's INN, product code); • matching the actual delivery route with the planned one; • Control of departure dates and statuses. Goal: • Reduction of manual control by 80% • Exclusion of "lost" or incorrect documents • Optimization of logistics processes based on data from EDI
