Restaurants are often overloaded during peak hours, which increases waiting times. At the same time, some of the partners are idle during the same hours. The lack of automated distribution leads to uneven workload, delays, and an increase in complaints. We need a system that predicts loading in advance and distributes orders optimally.
Reducing cooking time by 15-30%, reducing the number of overdue orders, evenly distributing the load between restaurants and increasing network capacity.

Purpose and description of task (project)
Creating a solution that predicts the loading of each restaurant and automatically distributes new orders so as to minimize cooking delays. The goal is to reduce cooking time and reduce the number of overdue orders. The system should analyze data on current orders, average cooking speed, staff schedule, number of active stations, and historical workload. Based on the forecast, the system distributes orders to the partner restaurant where they will be prepared faster and without overloading.

The system must support integration with restaurant POS and existing operating systems.
