A system for monitoring the work of security guards using RFID or iButton tags: • Patrol routes are prescribed in the software; • Each control point is equipped with a label; • The guard is marked with a reader when going around; • If the point is not passed in time, an alarm is triggered. Integration with other systems: • Crawl events are displayed in the software; • Hikvision cameras are automatically activated when a marker is marked; • If a point is missed, the video system captures the surrounding environment.; • It is possible to compare security actions with disturbing events (fire, speeding, unauthorized access). Scenario example: Night patrol — the guard has to go through 6 points. At 01:30, the 4th marker is not marked. The system sets off an alarm, activates the camera next to the post and records the incident in the log. Result: • Increased security discipline; • Route monitoring and the actual presence of employees; • The possibility of video confirmation of the performance of duties. Integration of transport security and control systems Purpose: to provide transparent control over the entry, location and departure of vehicles from the territory of the enterprise, as well as speed control to prevent violations and improve safety. ________________________________________ Control of entry and exit of transport The electronic pass system automatically records every entry and exit of vehicles. The camera detects the number of the car, checks it against the database, and, if there is a permit, opens the barrier. All data — time, driver, purpose of the visit — is saved. Example: The delivery truck stopped by at 10:30 a.m. The system knows that he has to leave the territory before 13:00. If the car does not leave on time, the guard receives a notification about exceeding the time limit. ________________________________________ Video surveillance and control Hikvision cameras record all events on the territory: entrances, exits, regime violations, delays or speeding. The videos are automatically saved and attached to the corresponding events in the system. Example: At 9:00 a.m., an official car entered the territory. Half an hour later, the system records that she drove past the warehouse at a speed of 38 km/h at a permitted 20 km/h. The operator receives a photo and notification of the violation. ________________________________________ Speed control Cameras with radars that measure the speed of cars can be installed on the territory. If the car exceeds the allowed limit, a "Speeding" event is created. How it works: 1. The camera captures the number of the car and its speed. 2. In case of violation, the system takes a picture and reports it to the remote control. 3. A note automatically appears in the database: "The KZ 123 ABC car exceeded the speed limit by 18 km / h at warehouse No. 3. " 4. According to this event, you can warn the driver or temporarily restrict the access of his car to the territory. Example: The contractor's car entered the territory, and 5 minutes later the system detected speeding. Photos and data are immediately included in the report and notified to the responsible person. ________________________________________ Control of the time of stay The system automatically tracks how long each car is in the territory. If the time exceeds the set limit, the system notifies the guards or sends a message via Telegram, SMS or email. Example: The supplier's truck stopped by at 11:00. The allowed time of stay is 2 hours. At 13:05, the system sends a message: "The KZ 456 DEF car has been in the territory for more than 2 hours. Check the reason for the delay." ________________________________________ “Dimensional mode” video recording and zone monitoring To ensure order, you can set the "permitted zones" of traffic. Cameras record violations if a car has entered a restricted area or illegally entered a warehouse. Example: The official car drove into an area reserved only for special vehicles. The Hikvision camera transmits a signal to the system, and the operator sees a warning and video of the moment of violation.
1. Reducing security and personnel costs • The system automatically monitors passageways, entrances and detours — some of the functions of guards and supervisors are replaced by automation. • There is less need for round-the-clock checkpoints and manual registration of visitors. → Saving the security service's payroll. 2. Optimization of logistics and access control • Vehicles are not idle at the entrance, everything happens automatically by numbers. • Stay time and speed control reduces internal congestion and chaotic traffic. → Reduction of equipment downtime and acceleration of cargo turnover. 3. Prevention of losses and abuse • Recording of all movements of people, cars and guards eliminates "blind spots". • Video archive and event log make it possible to quickly restore the picture of any incident. → Minimizing the risks of theft, leaks, and unauthorized access. 4. Increased transparency and manageability • Management receives objective reports: who, when, where he was, what happened. • It is possible to evaluate the effectiveness of security, the discipline of employees and the time spent by contractors on the site. → Audit and internal control are simplified. 5. Reducing accidents and improving safety • Speed and route control reduces the risk of accidents on the territory. • Integration with fire alarms speeds up incident response. → Reduce the likelihood of emergencies and damage.
