Problem description

Our company is one of the largest media sellers in Kazakhstan. We are currently testing the hypothesis that artificial intelligence can be used to effectively generate applications for TV advertising from small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. Moreover, we are interested in targeted communication with those who make decisions about advertising. Communication channels can be very different - social networks, e-mail newsletters, messengers, etc. At least four components are necessary for the high-quality performance of the task: 1) high-quality collection of contacts. That is, the contacts must be relevant (the legal entity is active, potentially interested in advertising on TV); relevant (the contact is active, not generated by AI, the contact really belongs to the person making the decision on the allocation of advertising budgets and from the legal entity we need) 2) correct selection of communication channels. For example, if we use an e-mail newsletter, we need to make sure that technically we have received consent from the mail owners to receive emails; if this is communication via messengers, then the account owner in WA/TG should not block incoming messages. Etc. It is extremely important to strictly adhere to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on advertising communications 3) communication itself should be well-structured - that is, cover as many channels as possible (emails, social networks, messengers), be unobtrusive and at the same time consistent - remind you of previously sent messages in a few days, highlight the benefits of advertising on TV from different angles, personally contact the decision maker 4) high level of automation - for example, the use of n8n or similar platforms, integration with mailing services, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Current experience shows that AI can rather "depict violent activity" - for example, not collect real contacts, but generate them randomly, not verify the owner's consent to receive messages, and use deliberately non-converse addresses (for example - info@xxxxxx.kz ) and others. We want to use the competencies and energy of the Astana Hub participants to solve this technological challenge.
