Purpose and description of task (project)

The aim of the project is to simplify the process of planning geodetic and cartographic works using AI, namely, the implementation of procedures for registration of geodetic and cartographic works in the format of a chat request. Tasks: To work with the AI chat, you need to log in to the database: 1. implement all geodetic and cartographic materials; 2. monitoring the relevance of materials; 3. if it is necessary to create a new project in a certain area, as well as in the case of certain works, it is necessary to develop a calculator that calculates the cost of work, taking into account the area of the project and the type of work.; 4. creation of a special registry of performers, which makes it possible to select a suitable market participant depending on the type of work and complexity category.

Problem description

To date, the lack of unified information on completed works in the field of geodesy and cartography leads to a number of difficulties. Data on the types of work, their cost, and performers are scattered across different sources. In turn, this makes it difficult for users to find the necessary information, which leads to increased access time to data, duplication of work, inefficient allocation of resources, and limits the ability to quickly assess the need and cost of new geodetic or cartographic work. In this regard, all geodetic and cartographic data must be digitized and compiled into a single database. The database will help any user to find the necessary information quickly and easily. Currently, due to the lack of such a system, data retrieval takes a long time, work can be duplicated, resources are used inefficiently, and assessing the need and cost of new work becomes difficult. In addition, the lack of automated analysis and planning tools reduces the transparency of processes and hinders integration with other government digital platforms. Creating a single database with elements of artificial intelligence can dramatically change the situation. Such a system will be able to automatically process user requests (by coordinates or via a map), check whether work has been carried out at the specified location, and, if necessary, calculate the type, volume, and cost of new work. The system will also be able to offer a list of suitable performers. The user will be able to submit an application immediately through this system, coordinate it and speed up the execution process. This way, access to services will become faster, and the process itself will be simpler and more efficient.

Expected effect

Collecting all information about geodetic and cartographic works in one centralized database will increase the availability and relevance of information. Processing requests using artificial intelligence and predicting new jobs will simplify the relevant processes. The online module will provide convenient submission of requests and selection of performers. The quality of the services provided will improve, and the number of errors caused by the human factor will decrease. Reducing the time required to plan work and calculate costs will allow organizations to reduce labor costs. Automation of processes will increase the efficiency of organizations, which will enhance their competitiveness. Eliminating repetitive work and rational use of data will save budget funds. The platform will facilitate interaction between service providers and consumers, which will create new opportunities for economic cooperation. An open database will increase transparency and the level of trust in society. Access to geodetic information will increase citizens' participation in land relations and construction processes. Cooperation between government agencies and the private sector will improve. The level of information literacy and adaptation to digital technologies will increase.
