Our American customer is launching a migration project from Azure DevOps to Jira. Expertise in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Jira and migrations is required. ## Development and migration project to the existing Jira system **The purpose of the project:** Development and optimization of the existing Jira system during data migration from Azure DevOps. **Working with the current Jira system:** * **Analysis of the current configuration:** Audit of existing settings, processes, and work flows * **System optimization:** Performance improvement, customization of existing workflows * **Extension of functionality:** adding new features to meet the requirements of the team * **Integration:** setting up interaction with other development tools **Data migration:** * **Preparation:** analysis of the data structure in Azure DevOps, preparation of a migration plan * **Transfer:** Migration of tasks, bugs, stories, comments, and attachments * **Maintaining connections:** transfer of relationships between tasks and hierarchy elements * **Change history:** saving the audit and the chronology of changes **Setup and development:** * **Workflow:** refinement of existing workflows, setting up transitions * **Fields and diagrams:** Create and configure custom fields * **Access rights:** optimization of user groups and their rights * **Automation:** Setting up rules and triggers to optimize your work **Maintenance:** * **Monitoring:** System performance tracking * **Support:** prompt solution of emerging problems * **Optimization:** constant refinement of processes to meet the needs of the team **Required competencies:** * Experience working with existing Jira and its development * Knowledge of data migration principles * Ability to optimize work processes * API and integration skills * Understanding the structure of Azure DevOps
