Problem description

The need for a particular position is determined by the options of the finished product. The number of input parameters is from 6 to 27, the number of options for finished products and semi-finished products is up to 4000 pieces. Monitoring the results of calculations in the presence of "surveillance" is simplified, but there are many nuances. It is required to monitor and identify anomalies in the calculations of the planned need for materials and labor costs. Data for network training is available: you can get an array of planned calculations of already used products for any period, and then switch to online data transmission as daily calculations are performed.

Expected effect

A system that automatically analyzes the planned cost data from 1C and identifies anomalies in calculating the cost of pre-insulated pipes and molded products with PU insulation. After the planned cost analysis has stabilized, it is possible to switch to an actual cost analysis.
