Problem description

The company uses Bitrix24 as a CRM and a platform for task management and internal communication. But: • integration with other systems: 1C, telephony, mail, unstable or partially functioning; • business processes (workflow) are overloaded and outdated; • employees waste time duplicating tasks and manually exchanging data between Bitrix and other systems; • There is no transparency in analytics on leads, deals, and referrals.

Expected effect

• Reliable integration of Bitrix24 with 1C, email, Telegram, mail and external APIs; • Optimization of business processes: automatic tasks, reminders, statuses; • Removing "manual" links in the chain: creating deals, leads, orders; • Improved visualization and analytics: reports, dashboards, SLA; • Improving the processing speed of client requests and internal requests.
