Date/time recognition from video. Geolocation (if available from video metadata). Pre-automatic filtering of poor quality (blurred numbers, etc.). 4. Moderation The admin panel for verification: Video quality. The readability of the number. The presence of a violation. The ability to mark as “ready to be sent to the police.” 5. Integration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs / Sending API The ability to export videos and data in formats suitable for sending to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (for example, PDF reports with attached files, screenshots, geometries). 6. Remuneration The system records the status of each video (uploaded → verified → sent → accepted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs → fined). Communication with data on fines (you can manually enter confirmation or, if available, the traffic police API). After confirming the fine: Automatic calculation of 20%. Request banking details or transfer via an internal wallet/ card/ electronic means. 7. User's personal account The history of uploaded videos. Statuses for each video. Earned remuneration.
