The use of fresh water for industrial needs and, as a result, water that has changed its original properties is waste water.

1. Collecting the necessary information on the current state of the desalination system of the CPPN. Investigation of the chemical composition of the used water and its change and the required optimal chemical composition of the process fluid. 2. Study of the conditions for the preparation of "commercial" oil at the CPPN. 3. Investigation of the water used to determine the Min and Max parameters of the chemical composition of the oil desalination fluid. Laboratory simulation of oil desalination technology, including the use of thermally prepared process fluid in combination with reagents. 4. Selection of the necessary technology and equipment for the preparation of process fluid based on Siberian water. 5. Selection of the necessary technology and equipment for the treatment of process fluid based on wastewater, with the technology of preliminary preparation and improvement of wastewater quality. 6. Justification of the choice of optimal technology and equipment for the preparation of process fluid for oil desalination. 7. It is necessary to find an alternative to Volga water. 8. To investigate the possibility of using a combined solution using prepared Siberian water. 9. To increase the digitalization of the process of preparing the process fluid in order to "completely abandon" fresh water. 10. To develop a feasibility study on the use of technologies to improve the quality of process fluid preparation with the abandonment of the use of Volga water. 11. Formation of a scientific report.
