It is necessary to develop a software module/service that will: Identify the patient by a unique identifier (IIN, medical card, internal ID of the clinic). Compare all requests and medical services provided at the hospital for a certain period. Identify sources of financing for each service or group of services. Consolidate data and identify situations where multiple types of funding are applied to one patient in one hospital. Provide an analytical report indicating: What types of financing were used?, what services did they cover, total amount for each source, possible intersections or duplicates.
The system should allow a doctor, administrator, or auditor to get a complete picture of a particular patient's hospital funding within 1-2 minutes and eliminate errors, duplicates, and potential abuses.
