Purpose and description of task (project)
Creation of prototypes of a voice robot in order to demonstrate the effective solution of "Kazakhtelecom" JSC's business tasks by improving customer experience and optimizing processes.

Stages: 1st stage: 09.12.24 - online presentation of the challenge, Q&A session (time 17:00) Zoom call Stage 2: 09.12.24-22.12.24 Development and preparation of solutions for the challenge tasks, collection of applications Stage 3: 12/23/24 Reviews and interviews* with participants, identification of suitable solutions. *After the end of the challenge period, all applications will be reviewed for completed tasks. An online meeting will be held with each of the projects with the opportunity to demonstrate the development in a convenient format for 10-15 minutes. Experts from the field of telecommunications, artificial intelligence and customer service will participate in the meeting.
