The existing application process involves several sequential technical operations and takes longer than a similar process for individual market participants. It is necessary to determine at what stages the main time delays occur: interaction with an electronic platform, data preparation and transmission, work with an electronic signature, network delays, the sequence of operations, the architecture of the existing solution, and other technical factors. Based on the audit results, it is necessary to propose a technically feasible option for optimizing the process in compliance with the requirements and limitations of the relevant electronic procurement platform. Priority is given to specialists who have previously solved similar problems and can confirm their practical experience.
A technical report describing the current bottlenecks, the proposed architecture, optimization methods, and an estimate of the achievable process execution time.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The company participates in procurement on electronic procurement platforms. In some procedures, the speed of performing technical operations when submitting an application is essential. The aim of the project is to conduct a technical audit of the existing application process, identify the main bottlenecks affecting the execution time, and propose architectural and software solutions to optimize the process. We are looking for a specialist with proven practical experience in automating processes on electronic procurement platforms, preferably with implemented solutions in the field of public and/or quasi-public procurement in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
