Problem description

Filled-in attributes and the absence of geometric collisions do not guarantee that the design solution meets the standards. The context, exceptions, and system interactions are checked manually.

Expected effect

Прототип на ограниченном наборе требований. Измерить полноту выявления нарушений, долю ложных замечаний и время инженерной проверки на проектах, не использованных при настройке.

Purpose and description of task (project)

To investigate which requirements of corporate standards can be verified by geometry, parameters, and relationships of BIM objects. Create a prototype in which the AI interprets the requirement, and the approved rules perform verification. For a comment, show the standard clause, the affected elements and the proof; if there is a shortage of data, give the appropriate status.

Note

Stages and results of work 1. Data preparation · 1 week The customer submits a BIM model and excerpts from corporate standards. The customer and the developer agree on a list of inspections and acceptance criteria. Result: consistent data set and prototype requirements. 2. Prototype development · 2-3 weeks The developer creates a service that verifies design solutions for compliance with selected requirements. For each comment, the service shows a standard clause, an explanation of the discrepancy, and related elements of the BIM model. If there is not enough data, the service informs you about it. Result: a working prototype with a link "requirement - test result - model elements". 3. Testing and refinement · 1-2 weeks The customer's specialists check the results of the service. The developer evaluates accuracy according to agreed criteria, corrects identified errors, and fixes limitations. The result: a proven prototype, a test report, and recommendations for further development. The estimated duration of the pilot is 4-6 weeks from the date of transmission of the agreed data set.
