Problem description

Due to the increased cases of blocking WhatsApp Business, companies are losing their main channel of communication with customers. The main problems: – inability to send notifications and messages to clients; – loss of operational communication with users; – decrease in the quality of customer service; – risks of disrupting the educational process and informing parents; – high dependence of business on one external messenger; – lack of a backup communication channel. This situation creates critical risks for educational platforms and services that work with a large number of users.

Expected effect

The implementation of the project will ensure a stable and independent system of communication with users in conditions of blocking or unstable operation of WhatsApp Business. Expected effects: – reduced dependence on third-party messengers and external platforms; – ensuring uninterrupted communication with customers and users; – improving the quality of customer service and prompt information; – reducing the risk of user loss and disruptions in the learning process; – increased trust from schools, parents and partners; – scalability of the solution for use in other educational and commercial projects.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The goal of the project is to develop a sustainable digital solution for communication with customers in conditions of partial or complete blocking of WhatsApp Business. The project aims to create an alternative channel of interaction with users (students, parents, schools and tutoring centers), providing stable distribution of notifications, messages, reminders and feedback without dependence on third-party messengers.
