To improve the quality of service and increase the speed of answers to frequently asked questions, it is necessary to develop an AI assistant (chatbot) that can: - Recognize and classify incoming requests in Kazakh and Russian; - Provide instant answers to frequently asked questions; - Integrate with the service's database; - Send complex requests to a specialist. The solution should include a basic trained model, auto-response scripts, the possibility of further training, as well as a web interface for demonstration.
A working prototype of a text chatbot capable of closing at least 30% of typical requests without the participation of a specialist.
