Problem description

With the growing number of users of the mobile application, the number of user requests is increasing. To improve the quality of service and increase the speed of answers to frequently asked questions, it is necessary to develop an AI assistant (chatbot) that can: - Recognize and classify incoming requests in Kazakh and Russian; - Provide instant answers to frequently asked questions; - Integrate with the service's database; - Send complex requests to a specialist. The solution should include a basic trained model, auto-response scripts, the possibility of further training, as well as a web interface for demonstration.

Expected effect

A working prototype of a text chatbot capable of closing at least 30% of typical requests without the participation of a specialist.
