Problem description

Clinics manage patients and referrals in disparate systems (tables, messengers, telephony), which causes leads to be lost, there is no quality control of service and repeat visits, and it is difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and the workload of doctors. There is no single tool that transparently manages the funnel and communications while being linked to the IIA.
