In many educational organizations, the processes of accounting for students' academic performance, attendance, and academic activity are still conducted using paper journals or disparate digital solutions. This leads to a high administrative burden on teachers, risks of errors when filling in data, and limited transparency of information for students, parents, and the administration. Existing electronic journals often do not have sufficient flexibility, user-friendly interface, and the ability to integrate with other educational systems. The lack of a unified modern information system makes it difficult to quickly analyze educational data, generate reports, and effectively manage the learning process.

The introduction of an electronic journal will automate key accounting processes for educational activities and improve the effectiveness of educational process management. Expected results: reduction of paper document flow and manual data entry; reducing the administrative burden on teachers and staff of educational institutions; increasing transparency and accessibility of information about students' academic performance and attendance; reducing the number of errors in the maintenance of educational documentation; improving interaction between teachers, students, parents and the administration; the ability to quickly analyze training data and generate reports.
