Problem description

At the moment, at the facilities of Tasbulat Oil Corporation LLP, there is a need to automate gas monitoring and metering, as well as systematize, store, analyze and manage production process data based on Big Data technology. It is also necessary to ensure : 1) increase the accuracy of gas flow measurements; 2) automatic updating of data on the component composition of gas; 3) transparency of technological processes, optimization of management, reduction of production costs, and also ensure integration with ISUNG; 4) accurate forecasting and accounting of gas use in technological processes for their own needs.

Expected effect

The integrated software package is designed to automate the processes of accounting, monitoring and analysis of gas flows at the fields of Tasbulat Oil Corporation LLP. It is expected that the system will provide data collection, storage and processing in an integrated digital environment, together with SCADA, ISUNG and analytical equipment, as well as the introduction of Big Data technologies and the development of BI dashboards. The implementation of the complex will be aimed at increasing the transparency and manageability of production processes, the accuracy of gas metering, optimizing staff work, reducing technological risks and costs, as well as supporting data-based solutions in accordance with ESG principles.

Creation of a unified digital environment for collecting, storing and processing data on production processes related to production, transportation, processing and utilization of gas at the fields of Tasbulat Oil Corporation LLP to increase transparency, manageability, efficiency, as well as increase the value of data-driven decision making.
