Problem description

At the moment, there is no automated accounting system for gas condensate and crude gas at the facilities of KOM-MUNAI LLP, which is due to the need to solve the following tasks: - Construction of a centralized data collection system for monitoring and controlling the technological parameters of gas lines at the production facilities of the fields of Tasbulat Oil Corporation LLP (flare installations, installations designed to use crude gas for their own technological needs, reverse injection of gas); - Improving the quality of the technological regime and its safety; - Optimization of the number of functions performed by the technological staff due to their monitoring in real time; - continuous monitoring of the process of using the amount of associated petroleum gas used for technological needs, gas re-injection and disposal.

Expected effect

- Construction and implementation of an automated accounting system for gas condensate and crude gas in accordance with the regulations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which ensures the collection, processing, transmission and storage of data on volumes and parameters of products. - Remote dispatching of existing measuring equipment (gas flow meters) for data collection, visualization and analysis; - Alerts in case of disconnection, failure, deviations from the settings entered by users of the platform, increased management efficiency due to an increase in information support. - Integration with the ISUNG ME RK system.

Purpose and description of task (project)

Online access to monitoring and control of technological parameters of gas lines at the production facilities of the Komsomolskoye field (flare installations, installations designed to use crude gas for their own technological needs, reverse injection of gas) providing for the development and implementation of a digital platform. The complex of works related to the development and implementation of the Digital Platform includes: 1) Construction and implementation of an automated accounting system for gas condensate and crude gas in accordance with the regulations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which ensures the collection, processing, transmission and storage of data on volumes and parameters of products. 2) Remote monitoring of the operation of geographically dispersed technological equipment from a single remote dispatch center (automated workplace (AWP) dispatcher, AWP specialists), as well as centralized data collection from technological facilities. 3) Archiving of current technological information for each facility for subsequent use for analysis and formation of accounting documentation. 4) Integration with the ISUNG ME RK system.
