Purpose and description of task (project)

Multicomponent cemented sedimentation requires an integrated approach for effective destruction and removal of reaction products during well regeneration.

Type of product

Hardware and software complex

Problem description

The results of mineralogical analysis of sedimentation from wells in difficult mining and geological conditions show that the sediments formed during the underground leaching of uranium are multicomponent and contain clay particles, quartz, carbonates and gypsum in various proportions. At the same time, the methods used to regenerate the well filter and the near-filter zone of the reservoir at these wells are ineffective, the productivity of production and injection wells are not restored, wells are often idle while awaiting repair work. This leads to environmental and production risks, as well as a slowdown in the extraction of uranium from technological units, and an increase in production costs for extraction.

Expected effect

Development, manufacture and commissioning of a uranium deposit is an innovative pilot plant for a complex physico-chemical method of exposure involving flushing wells from sand plugs with a flushing solution, chemical treatment of the filter part of wells using various mineral acids. To increase the efficiency of underground uranium leaching technology in difficult mining and geological conditions by increasing well productivity, reducing downtime and increasing the MPC of technological wells
