Problem description

Event organizations face several challenges in the current market.: Inability to accurately predict demand for specific dates and location categories. Irrational allocation of quotas between partners and ticket operators. Revenue losses due to an incorrect pricing strategy (too early or late price increases/decreases). Lack of tools for analyzing customer behavior (peak hours, dependence of purchases on the weather, competing events, etc.). As a result, organizers make decisions intuitively, which worsens the quality of planning and leads to financial risks.

Expected effect

Expected effect of the project implementation Increase the accuracy of demand forecasting to 15-25%. Reducing losses from inefficient pricing. A more rational allocation of quotas between sales channels. Increase the organizers' revenue by optimizing prices and marketing. Reducing staff workload by automating analytics. Increase the transparency and predictability of the sales process. The result is the creation of an intelligent tool that improves the efficiency of billing processes and enhances the competitive advantages of the system.
