At the moment, the company's key business processes are performed using disparate tools (tables, mail, messengers, local services), which leads to the following problems: lack of a single data source; low transparency of task and process statuses; difficulties in controlling deadlines and responsibilities; limited analytics and reporting capabilities. Existing solutions on the market do not fully take into account the specifics of the company's processes or require significant costs for refinement. It is planned to develop an information system with the following basic requirements: modular architecture; web interface for users; role-based access model; storage and processing of structured data; API for integration with external systems; the possibility of further expansion of the functionality. Detailed terms of reference will be provided to the selected contractor.

The aim of the project is to develop a software solution (information system) designed to automate the company's internal business processes, increase management transparency, reduce operating costs and reduce the impact of the human factor. The project involves the creation of a scalable architecture that allows step-by-step implementation of functional modules and integration with existing corporate systems.
