Purpose and description of task (project)
Create a voice assistant that helps employees quickly receive information, perform routine operations, and interact with internal systems without manual input. The goal is to reduce the workload on employees and speed up the completion of daily tasks. The voice assistant should be able to: — send requests to CRM; — check order statuses; — give instructions to couriers; — record requests; — create applications to the technical department; — provide background information. The assistant's work should be integrated with the company's existing systems.
Note
The assistant must support Kazakh and Russian languages, as well as have the ability to expand the functionality.
