Currently, reconciliation reports are generated in accounting programs and are often transmitted to counterparties via e-mail, messengers, paper document management or separate EDI systems. This leads to additional manual work by accountants, duplication of information, the risk of errors, difficulties in checking the relevance of documents, and the lack of a unified history of confirmed settlements. It is necessary to create a unified digital environment in which information about mutual settlements between counterparties will be generated, verified, confirmed and stored electronically.
reducing the manual work of accountants; reducing the time required to generate and approve reconciliation reports; reducing the number of errors and discrepancies; avoiding duplication of documents in various communication systems and channels; reducing the use of paper document management and third-party EDI services; creation of a single electronic archive of reconciliation reports; increasing the transparency of settlements between counterparties; the ability to track the entire history of the formation, approval and signing of documents; improving the reliability of accounting and tax accounting; simplification of the control of mutual settlements by authorized bodies within their powers.
