Problem description

• Ready-made service station module integrated into the application. • The ability to select and make an appointment for repairs/THEN through the app. • Transparent rating and feedback system. • Increase user trust and engagement. • A platform for interacting with partner service stations.

Expected effect

• Service station card: o name, address, contacts, geolocation on the map; o work schedule by day and hour; o current workload (masters' employment). • Reviews and rating: o the ability to leave feedback only for real customers (verification); o average rating (based on a five-point system); o View the latest reviews. • Online recording: o selection of available time and master; o confirmation of the entry in the application; o Record notifications (push + SMS/email). • Additional features: o service station search filter (by location, rating, free slots); o integration with maps to build a route; o user's browsing history; o loyalty system (bonuses/discounts from partners). • Registration in the system via the application or web cabinet. • Confirmation of the partner's status (verification of documents). • Personal account of the owner: o editing information about the service station (address, contacts, work schedule); o Master download management (available recording slots); o review and moderation of reviews; o analytics (number of clients, rating, record statistics). • The possibility of participating in the loyalty system (setting discounts and promotions).

Purpose and description of task (project)

Creating a convenient service inside the application that will allow: • users to choose and sign up for a service station based on customer reviews, ratings, work schedules and employment of craftsmen; • Service station owners register in the system and manage their station as partners LiTRO.kz .

• Launch the MVP within the agreed time limit. • Connection of at least 50 partner service stations in the pilot version. • Successful tests with at least 5,000 users. • Positive customer reviews (at least 80% of users rated the functionality 4+). • Scalability of the module to new cities and service station networks.
