Now integrations are performed point-by-point through individual uploads/scripts, which leads to: high proportion of manual operations and errors, delays in updating container statuses, complex customer support for different formats, security risks in data exchange. A single API layer with authentication, versioning, and documentation is required to speed up the implementation of integrations and reduce operational risks.

Purpose and description of task (project)

Create and implement a secure REST API for the container terminal/depot management platform. The API should provide integration with external systems (client portals, billing, EDI gateways, BI, mobile applications) and standardize data exchange for key operations.: Gate In/Out, yard inventory, moves, M&R, reefer monitoring, tariffs and charges, documents and statuses.
