When applying to different educational portals, the same personal information, academic data, and student documents have to be transferred manually. Portals vary in form structure, file requirements, login methods, and network access conditions. Additionally, there are CAPTCHAS and one-time code confirmations that require human participation. When working with several students at the same time, time costs and the risk of errors increase: incorrect filling in fields, uploading other people's documents, mixing data and resending applications. A system is needed that automates repetitive actions, isolates the data of each request, and retains operator control over verification and dispatch.
Simultaneous preparation of several applications, reduction of manual input and errors, isolation of data for each session. The pilot's target criteria are: the work of 10 parallel sessions for 30 minutes, the accuracy of filling in pre-matched fields is at least 98% and there is no mixing of student data. All identified discrepancies must be displayed to the operator before the shipment is confirmed.

Purpose and description of task (project)
To develop a server system for parallel filling of applications on educational portals based on verified data and documents of students. For each application, the system must run a separate isolated virtual environment with its own browser and an agreed network route. Main functions: transferring data to the form fields, uploading documents, checking the filling, saving drafts and tracking the status of applications. The operator should see the progress of the work, receive notifications about the need for intervention and be able to temporarily manage the selected session. CAPTCHA and login confirmation are performed with human participation. The final submission of the application is performed only after verification and confirmation by the operator. The pilot provides for working with three coordinated educational portals, support for at least 10 parallel sessions, and accuracy in filling in pre-matched fields of at least 98%.

The format of cooperation is a phased development and pilot implementation on three agreed educational portals. The contractor needs to propose the architecture of the solution, the timing and cost of implementation, separately evaluate the infrastructure and further support. CAPTCHA passing and login confirmation are performed by a human. The final dispatch of each application is carried out only after confirmation by the operator. Detailed requirements and acceptance criteria are provided in the attached terms of reference.
